Print booklets are essentially effective marketing tools to have in your arsenal. When marketing your products and services, booklet printing can go a long way in helping you make your target clients understand what you have for your business, as well as convince them of the quality of your products and services.

What is great about booklet printing is that just like your brochure prints and custom catalogs, your print booklets have the capacity to provide your target audience with the same amount of information. But bear in mind that you only have to have no more than 8 pages for your booklet. More than that and you tend to overwhelm your target clients with too much information; less than 6 pages however, is not enough to provide all the necessary details that your target clients would need to decide on your offer.

And since you are offering information in your booklet printing, one of the ways to have them listed in your print booklet is to have FAQs in the last two to four pages.

Your customers and clients would definitely have a list of questions that they would want answers to about your company and the product or service you are offering them. And they would continually ask the same questions. Hence, your FAQ page. This particular section allows you to provide your target readers with answers to all their queries. Providing answers to your clients’ queries in one area of your print booklets can save you time as well as that of your target readers; not to mention that you are satisfying their needs for information on your business.

Here is how you create your FAQ section:

1. Answer the basic questions, the first of which is all about your product and services, and how they can benefit from them.

2. Answer questions to show your target readers how they can avail of your product or service. Do they call you to order? Or can they order online? Think about how you can tell them about your ordering and billing practices, and take them on a step-by-step process of how they can engage in business with you.

3. Payment methods, refunds and shipping times would be some of the information that your target readers would definitely be interested in. Give them clear and thorough details on how to go about your offer.

4. Include a brief history of your company showing only the highlights of your record. And if you do not have an “About Us” section, do not forget to include all your contact information so your target readers can get in touch with you easily.

5. Check with individuals and see if you have sufficiently answered all the queries. Ask them if they can help you provide clarity and content in your answers.

6. You can also research other companies and compare notes. Studying businesses that have the same type as yours can help you compile enough FAQs to satisfy your clients.

Lastly, take note of all the queries that customers and clients write to you. Take note of which questions are frequently asked. If you still haven’t covered the issue in your list, you can add the new queries as they come.
