HaveInfo (a/k/a HaveInfo.net) requires that you agree to the following terms and conditions if you opt to be a PUBLISHER or AUTHOR on this website. By accessing and using the contents on this website you agree with the following terms and conditions.

HaveInfo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior warning.

Publishers Agreement

1. If you publish or reprint any article from HaveInfo in your ezine, website, blog (weblog), forum, RSS feed or print publication, you agree to:

a. Include the article source credit – “Article Source: http://www.HaveInfo.net” – below each article published or reprinted. You must also maintain the active link to http://www.HaveInfo.net.

b. Respect the copyrights of the authors by publishing the entire article as it is with no changes. This includes leaving the resource box, signature lines and any active links intact, not changing or altering the title or any content. This also includes not adding additional active links to articles which may lead readers to believe the author endorses that active link.

c. Never publish any article found on HaveInfo on any web site that also contains or promotes warez, hatred, racism, pornography, exploitation of children, animals or any human, or any other unlawful activities.

d. Never reprint any article found on HaveInfo via any unsolicited email, spamming, or pop up ads.

e. Never sell any article or charge other to view any article from the HaveInfo article directory without written consent of the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.

f. Never use any content from our site to create derivative works such as conversion to audio or video, translations to other languages, compilations of articles derivatives whatsoever.

2. HaveInfo does not generally own the copyright to the articles found within our site. However, we do have permission to publish them. No additional permission is required from the author of any article within our directory as long as you agree to every term listed above in section 1a through 1f.

3. It is up to you, the publisher, to alert an author when you reprint their article. HaveInfo does not provide any author contact information (see our Privacy Policy) other than what is provided by the author in an article. We encourage that you visit the author’s website and attempt to find their preferred method of contact as a common courtesy to let them know you have received their article from HaveInfo and have published their article.

4. You acknowledge that HaveInfo has the sole right to revoke these reprint rights at any given time for any reason provided you're given 48 hours written notice via email or via fax or via telephone or via postal mail.. Upon receiving notice from us, you will have 24 hours to immediately remove every article you received from HaveInfo and must provide us with a written reply indicating that you have complied with our request in order to mitigate further action against you.

5. You agree to be held liable for all attorney fees and statutory damages awarded upon a copyright infringement lawsuit that may be brought against you due to any violation of the above terms of service and/or any author copyright when reprinting articles from HaveInfo. Please read Section 504(c)(2) of the Copyright Law of the United States of America. You agree that any legal proceedings against you will occur in Bergen County in the State of New Jersey, USA.

Author’s Agreement

The terms in the Author’s Agreement are in addition to those listed in the HaveInfo Submission Guidelines. If you submit an article to the HaveInfo database, you agree that:

1. You are the original author of each article you submit. If you have hired a ghost writer, you agree that you have exclusive rights to each article you submit.

2. There is no guarantee that your submitted article will be approved or accepted for publication in our directory. We approve articles at our sole discretion. We advise that you review the Submission Guidelines to increase your chances of your article being approved.

3. We reserve the right to re-categorize your article if we feel another category is more appropriate.

4. You have given us permission to publish your article on the HaveInfo website and any of our directory partners, syndication links (RSS feeds), and real-time, daily or weekly newsletters.

5. You have given us permission to publish your article free of charge. You will not be paid for submitting your article. However, you will maintain all copyrights and credit for your work. We will enforce your copyrights through our Publishers Agreement.

6. You will not include any affiliate program or associate program links in your article. You have the option to link your own website in your resource box if you have affiliate programs advertised.

7. HaveInfo may include advertising on pages that contain your article.
